I've spent more than 30 years specialising in one thing - apartments and units.

Not houses. Not land. Not "everything".

Just apartments.

Over that time I've been involved in over A$1B in Australian apartment transactions under  -  as a Buyers Agent, project marketer, advisor to developers and investor myself.

I started my career with LJ Hooker in Sydney before building a business in Asia focused exclusively on Australian real estate.

That experience gives me a very clear view of what works... and what doesn't.

But regardless of who I work with, the goal is always the same:

Find the RIGHT apartment, not just an apartment.

In recent years, I saw more and more buyers struggling- especially in the secondary sale, and also in new builds.

That's why I made a clear decision; 

• To work exclusively for buyers, and speclalise in apartments.

No selling.

No developer alignment.

Just independent advice focused entirely on the buyer.

After more than three decades specialising in apartments - as a owner occupier, an investor, advisor and agent - I believe there are very few people in Australia with a deeper, practical understanding of this market.
